2.1 Overview: Ultimate Local Routes is a Shopify app that may process protected customer data (for example, name, address, phone number, email) to generate and optimize local delivery or travel routes.

2.2 Data Collection and Usage: We collect only the minimum personal data required for routing functionalities. This includes customer names and addresses for delivery route optimization, and optionally phone or email if needed for notifications. We do not repurpose, sell, or share this data outside the scope of route generation.

2.3 Security and Level Requirements: In compliance with Level 1 and Level 2 data protection requirements, we encrypt data at rest and in transit, keep test and production data separate, maintain access logs, limit staff access, require strong passwords for our systems, and have a data loss prevention strategy. 3.1 Overview: Ultimate PO Box Blocker is a Shopify app that checks shipping address fields to block PO box addresses. It does not require or store protected customer data. The system only parses address strings in real-time.

3.2 Data Collection and Usage: An address string never passes through our servers for validation, we do not retain or store this data. It is strictly used to verify if the address is a PO box and stays within Shopify's servers.

3.3 Security: We encrypt any data in transit. No personal information is retained during and after the real-time check. Temporary logs for troubleshooting, if any, are purged regularly and do not contain personally identifiable information.

Section 4 – Ultimate Postal Code Blocker

4.1 Overview: Ultimate Postal Code Blocker is a Shopify app that blocks or restricts certain postal or ZIP codes from placing orders. Similar to Ultimate PO Box Blocker, it does not store protected customer data.

4.2 Data Collection and Usage: The app validates postal or ZIP codes in real-time against your blocking rules. We do not store or repurpose these codes. Temporary logs for debugging may be created but do not contain personal identifiers and are routinely purged.

4.3 Security: All data transfers are encrypted. Since no personally identifiable information is retained, risk is minimized. Standard security practices apply to ensure that no unauthorized access occurs.
